Metadata Collection and Cataloging Volunteer: The position of Collection and Cataloging Volunteer offers individuals the opportunity to the basics of organizational and library science. Volunteers will learn the process of metadata collection and how to formulate item records for future use. Furthermore, volunteers will get hands on training in the field of library science and learn how to manage and organize a collection. Working with archival items, individuals will learn preservation techniques while preserving the past.
