Laughter Yoga Class
Monday, March 7, 6:30-7:30 p.m.

Join Certified Laughter Yoga Teachers Bill and Linda Hamaker for Laughter Yoga. There are no poses or postures in Laughter Yoga. It encourages playfulness, deep belly laughs, social connection, and a balance of mind, body, and spirit through laughter exercises and yoga breathing. This brings more oxygen to the body and the brain, which makes you feel healthier and more energetic. All ages and physical ability levels can participate, as you can sit or stand. No experience or yoga mat is necessary. Please just bring water to drink.


SoulCollage® Class
Monday, March 14, 6:30-7:30 p.m.

Join us for this complimentary expressive arts class. Facilitator Mitzi Bramble, an expressive arts therapist, will lead you in crafting your own SoulCollage®, a 5″ x 8″ creation anyone can easily make by intuitively selecting from an array of magazine images. This process of a self-discovery is fun and simple, and you’ll leave with at least one SoulCollage® of your own making.


Hypnosis for Extraordinary Living

Hypnosis helps people create positive habits for health, release stress, and think more positive thoughts. Join Mary Rubino, certified hypnotist, as she explains how this works in an all-natural, holistic way to help you live your best life. Hypnosis demonstration included.
