Join us for our new program, Tots Itsy Bitsy Yoga especially for children under the age of 2 - Crawling to 24 months! Itsy Bitsy Yoga for Tots is a supportive, fun-loving and active yoga class. During a Tots Itsy Bitsy Yoga class, crawlers and walkers playfully practice yoga postures while they are standing, sitting up, walking and jumping. Parents also get to do a little yoga, but no yoga experience is required.
There will be four classes, in two two-week blocks. August 18th and 25th; September 22nd and 29th. Registration is required. Please call 508-376-8282 to register or e-mail dbrooks@minlib.net.
