Breakfast Book Bunch Book Groups

The Millis Public Library and the Millis School Library are introducing Breakfast Book Bunch Book Groups at the Millis Public Library! This is a drop-in bookgroup to discuss books you are reading for enjoyment!
Join us at 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. for middle school
Join us at 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. for high school
Breakfast Book Bunch Book Groups will be held every Thursday in July and August. Snacks and drinks will be provided! Drop in as many or as few times as you like!
This progarm is run by Laura Grant, Mrs. Divver and Maria Neville.
Tween/Teen Movie Afternoons!
First afternoon - Friday, April 2nd, 1pm
Hang out and watch Twilight-NEW MOON! I have snacks and beverages...so come! Teen Movie Afternoon will have PG and PG13 movies and grades 5 and up are welcome. Bring friends...you don't have to sign up, just stop in! See you soon :) Laura

These online games are fun and challenging, and touch on social and global issues of today.....
Aiyti: The Cost of Life This game is much like Oregon Trail. You have to help a family in Haiti stay alive by completing challenges in getting food, earning money, or staying healthy. (costoflife.com) suggested for 11 +up Pos or Not Pos or Not posts profiles and pictures of real people with and without HIV/AIDS. We have to decide if they are infected or not. Hello!
I have gone through the first round of suggestions from the box....and.....although I cannot provide a tanning bed or an entire movie theater in the YA loft (sillies!) I can definately get extra copies of the Harry Potter books, and I can get new music you guys want to listen to. Let me know what you want! Also, I am going to see if I can track down Pictionary for up there.
